Wonders they say shall never end as three chief priests together with an unknown man arrested on Tuesday evening around 9:00pm for performing rituals in somebody’s farm without the farm owners knowledge at Abura Batanyaa in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese District of the Central Region.
Information reaching Kingdom News indicates that, the suspects went to the farm purposely to exhume dead bodies for rituals but when caught, lied of digging gold.
Confirming the incident to Kingdom News reporter, Anaafi Kokooto, an eyewitness Wasty alleged that, the suspects were caught with Cutlasses, schnapps, shovels, mash yam with eggs, calabash, pick axe among other items digging in a farm belonging to somebody in which none of them is their family member.
The eyewitness explained that, three of the suspects were chief priests from Asebu but dont know the other guy who is claiming the ownership of the land in the town.
The suspects were handed over to the elders of the land for interrogations and later sent two of them to Asebu police station and other two to Abura Dunkwa Police station all in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese district and have been granted inquiry bail.
