THREE CHIEF PRIESTS AND ONE MAN CAUGHT BURRYING A BOTTLE OF SCHNAPP, CALABASH AND MASHED YAM WITH BOILED EGGS IN A BUSH AT BATANYAA.

Wonders they say shall never end as three chief priests together with an unknown man arrested on Tuesday evening around 9:00pm for performing rituals in somebody’s farm without the farm owners knowledge at Abura Batanyaa in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese District of the Central Region.

Information reaching Kingdom News indicates that, the suspects went to the farm purposely to exhume dead bodies for rituals but when caught, lied of digging gold.

Confirming the incident to Kingdom News reporter, Anaafi Kokooto, an eyewitness Wasty alleged that, the suspects were caught with Cutlasses, schnapps, shovels, mash yam with eggs, calabash, pick axe among other items digging in a farm belonging to somebody in which none of them is their family member.

The eyewitness explained that, three of the suspects were chief priests from Asebu but dont know the other guy who is claiming the ownership of the land in the town.

The suspects were handed over to the elders of the land for interrogations and later sent two of them to Asebu police station and other two to Abura Dunkwa Police station all in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese district and have been granted inquiry bail.

Speaking with anaafi Kokooto of Kingdom fm Cape Coast, this is what the eyewitness had to say.

C/R:Businessman SHOT DEAD at Kasoa in daylight robbery

A man believed to be in his 40s have been shot dead by some unknown gun men in Opeikuma in Kasoa in the Central Region.

Information that reached your breaking news hub, Gnews.Com is that the businessman had gone to the bank to withdraw some amount of money.

The man after withdrawing the money was approached by the armed men while he was waiting to board a trotro to his location. The gunmen who were numbering four in number were riding on a motorbike.

According to an eye witness, the robbers after exchanging some words with the businessman shot the man at close range.

They made away with the envelope containing the amount of money he withdrew from the bank.

19-year-old SHS 2 student defiles 18-month-old twin girls at Assin Nsuta

A 19-year-old SHS 2 student, Patrick Nyarkoh, has been arrested by the Assin Fosu Police Command for defiling 18 month-old twin-girls at Assin Nsuta in the Assin South District of the Central region.

According to a reports reaching Gnews.com,after several hours of searching but to no avail, the victims’ mother forcefully broke into the suspect’s room because,he is a co-tenant and found her daughters lying down prostate and unconscious with Nyarkoh also naked beside them on the bed.

After reporting the unfortunate incident to her husband, Francis Nkum Junior,the girls were immediately rushed to the Francis Xavier Hospital in Assin Fosu and the doctors confirmed that they had been defiled.

Fluids suspected to be sperms were found on the twins and an official complaint was subsequently made to the police.

Meanwhile,during interrogation,Patrick confessed to committing the abominable act and claimed that he was under the influence of an evil spirit. He, however, pleaded for forgiveness.

Suspected Woman Grabbed For Stealing A 2year Old Boy

A woman believed to be in her early 30s was yesterday, March 23, 2021, grabbed in Mankessim in the Mfantseman Municipality of Central Region for allegedly stealing a 2-year old boy.

According to sources, a pure water seller spotted the woman with the boy called Nana Yaw with plantain chips at Accra-Kumasi station in Mankessim.

The pure water seller who suspected the woman to be a Kidnapper, immediately informed the boy’s mother about the development after she found out that the mother of the child was searching for her baby boy.

The mother of the child to her surprise saw exactly what was reported to her by the young pure water seller. The suspected woman told the crowd when arrested that the child was given by her sister.

Man arrested for burning girlfriend’s 3 bedroom house at Assin Aworoso

Police at Assin Aworoso in the Assin South District of the Central Region have arrested a middle-aged man, for allegedly setting 3-bedroom house being occupied by his girlfriend on fire on Thursday night.

Eyewitnesses say Kofi Bokor decided to end the life of Akua Sakina after the latter informed him of her decision to end the relationship and travel out of the community for greener pastures though they have a daughter together.

In his attempt to stop his lover from traveling, Kofi Bokor allegedly sneaked into the house at night and set the room in which Sakina and her siblings slept on fire; he however took his own daughter to safety before carrying out his plan.

No lives were lost in the inferno but the 3-bedroom house got razed down.

A relative of Akua Sakina told the Media that, this is the second attempt on her life by the suspect as he had earlier poisoned her food.

The two lovers, according to the relative are related by blood and that all efforts by the family to get Kofi Bokor to back-off from Sakina have landed on rocks.

Robbers stab woman to death with scissors in Kumasi

A mother of five has been stabbed to death with weapon believed to be a pair of scissors by unknown person near a mechanic shot at Islamic Senior High School in Kumasi.

The deceased only identified by neighbours as Maame Ataa, 48, was found dead in a pool of blood this dawn after some suspected thieves attacked her, and made away with her belongings after they have stabbed her with a pair of scissors on her neck.

A child of the deceased, Nana Gyamfi, told the media that his late mother worked as a caterer at Sufficient Grace Basic School at Adoato causing her to leave for work very early.

On her way to work this morning, she met the now at large suspects who robbed her of her belongings and later stabbed her on the neck with pair scissors.

Her remains has since been conveyed to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for autopsy.

19-year-old girl kill her day-old baby.

A 19-year-old girl has cruelly slashed the throat of her day-old baby and dumped the body in a cocoa farm at Atenrom, a village near Akyem Etwereso in the Eastern Region.

The suspect, whose name was given as Patience, alias Mummie, self-delivered a baby boy last Friday dawn. But claimed some parts of it looked like an animal.

The suspect, according to a witness, Nana Owusu, took the baby into a nearby bush and slashed the baby’s throat with a kitchen knife.

Mr Owusu said Patience, who already has a five-year-old child, is believed to be suffering from depression.

According to him, the teenager left the village to stay in Accra where she got pregnant. She recently returned to her village in the Akyemansa District.

The teenager, the witness said, refused to disclose the whereabouts of the baby. After several demands by her uncle and elders of the village.

Her refusal compelled the youth of the community to mount a search and after several hours the lifeless body of the baby wrapped in a sack was found in a cocoa farm.

The suspect has since been arrested by the Akyem Ofoase District Police to assist in the investigations.

Meanwhile, the body of the baby has been deposited at the Oda Government Hospital morgue.

Tenant impregnates landlord’s wife and daughter at the same time

Residents were in for a treat as one tenant known as Reason Musiwechivi battled for his life after his landlord discovered he had impregnated both his wife and daughter.

Reason is the Bachelor and one of Mr. Nyauta’ tenants who has always been giving his landlord’s wife a ride to town ever since the lockdown began. It was reported that Reason was giving her landlady a ride on a daily basis with approval from his landlord.

The landlord and his wife are said to have been married for 20years with 3 beautiful children. The fire broke out when news reached the landlord who happens to be a teacher and he is always home of late because of the lockdown.

Nyauta first confronted Reason with the rumour, which he denied. According to neighbors, there was a huge misunderstanding between the landlord’s wife and their older daughter a week ago when the mother and daughter clashed in Reason’s room.

Ever since the clash, there has been a serious tension between the mother and her daughter which the husband (Landlord) had no idea about.

Months down the line(yesterday), the landlord’s daughter complained to her mother about her inability to flow during the month hence they had checks and discovered she was 2 months pregnant.

She confessed by saying Reason was responsible. Meanwhile, the mother was also carrying Reason’s 3-month-old pregnancy.The landlord was in the dark until when the wife went to one of the pharmacies to get abortion pills.

The husband (Landlord) was informed by the pharmacist, who happens to be Mrs Nyauta’s husband friend that he sold abortion pills to the wife.

After several confrontations with Nyauta, the wife made it known yesterday to the husband that she and her daughter are carrying Reason’s babies. The landlord was shocked for a moment.

Nyauta almost lynched David but for the intervention of the other tenants. The landlord has with immediate effect evicted Reason from his house and has sent the wife packing as well. The couple are yet to divorce even though they are separated. As for the daughter, she is still living with her dad the landlord.
