Shortage of working tools is a menace to our governmental institutions which therefore impede our socioeconomic development, in curbing this Friends of Hon. Kennedy Agyapong global, the otentic platform has donated 4 morden hospital beds to Ajumako Kokoben chip compound in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District of central region.
Speaking at the ceremony,Nana Ama Serwaah the Npp Germany Branch Women Organiser who is also the leader of the group disclosed that,they saw the appeal for hospital bed on social media hence, decided to help for a proper health care Delivery since a friend in need is a friend indeed.
She then advised other sympathisers, stakeholders and philanthropist to also help the various health centers in their area when they are in need because that’s where most of our lives depend for survival.
The Obaatan of Ajumako Kokoben in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam district of Central Region,Nana Kobina Abakah also advised nurses in the country to be in the shoes of their patients by loving them as themselves which will help them deliver their mandatory duty perfectly.
Nana Abakah continued that,it is so worrisome and disheartening on the part of some of the nurses to insult patients and maltreat them instead of paying proper attention to them for a proper health Care Delivery.
He said, some of the behavior of some nurses kill patients in most of the hospitals in Ghana.
On her part, Madam Abigail the Senior midwife expressed gratitude for the kind gesture.
She said at first, most of the women who go there for delivery do sleep on mattresses on the floor due to lack of hospital beds which was very bad.
She pledged on behalf of all the nurses to properly maintain the items for a proper health care Delivery in the Community.
